A calculation tool, not medical advice

DosePlan does a single calculation: it converts a dose in mg, based on the concentration you enter, into a volume (mL) and into U-100 syringe units. It does not know which medication you use, what your correct dose is or whether it was prepared correctly.

Always confirm with a professional

• Dose, frequency and route must be set by a doctor.
• Confirm the preparation (reconstitution) and vial concentration with a pharmacist.
• If a result looks odd, do not inject. Recheck the values and seek advice.

Syringes

Calculations assume U-100 insulin syringes only (100 units = 1 mL). U-40 syringes or other scales give different results.

Unregistered products

Some peptides are sold without approval from health regulators. DosePlan does not encourage the use of unapproved or non-prescribed products.
