Who we are

DosePlan (doseplan.app) is a dose calculator in syringe units. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the site and what your rights are, under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

Data we collect

• Calculations: the medications, doses and values you enter stay only in your browser (local storage). They are not sent to our servers.
• Share link: the summary data travels inside the address, after the # symbol. That part of the address is not sent to the server when the page is opened.
• Contact form: when you write to us we receive your name, email, subject and message, used only to reply. Messages are delivered by email through the Resend provider.
• Technical data: our host (Cloudflare) may log technical data such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation of the site.

Cookies and ads

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can:

• choose between personalized and non-personalized ads in the cookie banner (reopen it any time with the “Customize cookies” link in the footer);
• turn off personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings;

We also store your cookie choice and preferred language in your browser.

Legal basis

Contact data is processed to handle your request. Personalized ad cookies rely on your consent. Security logs rely on legitimate interest.

Sharing

We do not sell data. We only share it with the providers needed to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), Google (ads) and Resend (contact email delivery). These providers may process data outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability and deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. To delete the calculations stored in your browser, use “Clear all” in the summary or clear the site data in your browser. For other requests, use the contact page.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to reply and then deleted, unless the law requires otherwise.

Children

The site is not directed at people under 18.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
